  • The Discovery Phase costs $50,000 to $100,000, lasts 3 months, and concludes with a recommended project portfolio. You will then have an opportunity to decide whether or not to partner with Komodo to execute on the project portfolio or pursue other options. 

  • The total cost and duration of the Roadmap Phase depends on the complexity of needs. Typically, we are able to help our clients become ready to pursue AI initiatives within 6 months and a budget of $500,000.
